Cost: One dot artifact. Description: Forged from white jade, both the scroll and the Seal are attuned to Feng Chao. The scroll contains, in listed order, the name of every one of the seventy heirs of Feng Chao, with another ten black slots. The names can be moved, removed, added or changed from the scroll only by willing it so and pressing upon it with the seal. However, this is not the important part of the enchantment. The important part, the part that cost Feng Chao a small fortune, and several favors form a rather talented sorceror, is the final sealing. Upon the death of the person to whom the seal is attuned, the Scroll will vanish, each numbered name taking place on multiple black spots on a tablet in a safe in the imperial city. This tablet, hewn from white jade (because Feng has enough money to do so) will contain the whole of Feng Chao's will and testament, distributing his fortune among the seventy heirs. Upon his death, Feng will have a magistrate produce the tablet, disbursing the resources with the authority of Feng himself. The seal of this scroll, and the tablet, has been promised to the magistrate in question. Intent: To give the house of Feng a silly artifact to work as a leaderboard of sorts on the houses' rather insane race for Feng Chao's money and power.

This is, at max, a one-dot artifact. No need to overprice it. XD

Edited accordingly. I thought the "magic transubtantiation upon death of owner thing" would make it pricier. ^^;
